The key says “Loading…”
Section titled “The key says “Loading…””The plugin is fetching today’s prices. This normally takes a second. If it stays there, check your internet connection.
The key says “Offline”
Section titled “The key says “Offline””The plugin could not reach the price service. It keeps retrying every minute and shows prices as soon as it gets them.
Tomorrow’s keys say “After 13:00”
Section titled “Tomorrow’s keys say “After 13:00””Tomorrow’s day-ahead prices are published early in the afternoon, usually between 13:00 and 14:00. The plugin checks for new prices every 15 minutes, so tomorrow’s prices appear shortly after they are published.
The price differs from my supplier’s app
Section titled “The price differs from my supplier’s app”Check these, in order:
- Is your purchase fee right, and including VAT? See Price settings.
- Does your supplier’s app show the market price or the all-in price? Switch Show to compare.
Small differences of a tenth of a cent come from rounding.
Why can the price be negative?
Section titled “Why can the price be negative?”When there is more solar and wind power than demand, the market price can drop below zero. With tax and VAT the all-in price is usually still positive, but not always. The chart then draws bars below the zero line.
Does it work outside the Netherlands?
Section titled “Does it work outside the Netherlands?”No. Prices, energy tax and VAT are for the Netherlands only.
Does it work with gas prices?
Section titled “Does it work with gas prices?”Not yet. The plugin shows electricity prices only.
Does it control my devices?
Section titled “Does it control my devices?”No. The plugin only shows prices; it does not switch anything.
Can I use it on several Stream Decks?
Section titled “Can I use it on several Stream Decks?”Yes. Settings under Prices are shared by all keys and dials on all your Stream Decks.
